Digital Aid SA supports the implementation of state aid funding projects within the framework of the "Digital Convergence" Operational Programme (OP DC) of the National Strategic Reference Framework 2007-2013 (NRSF 2007-2013). Therefore Digital Aid:
a) Facilitates citizen and business access to Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)
Through the implementation of state aid projects Digital Aid aims at increasing ICT penetration across all aspects of economic and social life.
b) Assists various agencies in implementing projects for the NSRF 2007-2013
Following agreement, Digital Aid supports Intermediary Management Agencies to implement ICT projects involving citizens or businesses.
c) Promotes the benefits of ICT
Identifies, promotes and communicates the practical advantages of ICT in everyday life.
